Join our AWESOME Rides & Attractions team at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, the UK’s favorite children’s theme park, as a full-time Ride Operator. If you have kids between the ages of 2 and 12, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the place to go. The resort features two fantastic LEGO-themed hotels in addition to other LEGO-themed rides, events, and activities. The Windsor theme park is situated on 150 acres of lush parkland, and this position will be headquartered there.

Whether you’re working on the world-famous Dragon coaster or in a real-life LEGO submarine interacting with guests, you’ll always be looking for ways to put the thrill into their day as a Ride Operator, a hands-on role reporting to the Rides & Attractions Manager.

Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• You will take great pride in providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a positive attitude in all circumstances, and actively searching for new ways to pleasantly surprise and please our guests.
• Love this product with all your heart
• You should feel at ease participating in in-depth health and safety training and examinations, and
• you should be eager to learn and grow in your field.
• Required experience: full-time availability between now and January 2024 (minimum age: 18)
• Guests’ heights are checked to make sure they are at least the required height for the rides.
• Facilitating the orderly boarding of ride vehicles
• Sharing information with coworkers about ride safety
• Having attended extensive Rides and Health & Safety training, operating the rides utilizing detailed and comprehensive operational panels
