An Operator needed to set up and manage a recycling machine line is being sought by our production team at Halesfield 11. The successful candidates will also be in charge of the recycling extruder’s quality, performance, and health and safety as needed.

Salary for Operator (Erema) job:

• GBP 15-25 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• always follow safe working procedures;
• Report any and all line equipment issues as necessary;
• Frequently evaluate the product’s quality against the customer’s specifications;
• Keep an eye on the recycling line and assist the operators with the following tasks: changing the
• screen, the blade, the scrap feeding, the cutouts, and the work from white to black (and vice versa);
  recording all necessary manufacturing data.
• Support maintaining specified standards and observing product quality during job execution.
• Support job progress monitoring and make sure production volume targets are fulfilled.
• cooperating cooperatively within the production unit with the Operators/Warehouse crew
• To ensure production continuity and to provide cover for breaks, emergencies, etc., shift work locations within units as requested.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• knowledge of maintaining quality standards while running a machine in a production environment;
• experience executing and comprehending QA checks
