Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Being proactive about your own and others’ health and safety by reporting any issues to your supervisor immediately.
• Observe the Good Manufacturing Practises (GMPs) for tool and equipment handling at all times.
• Make sure that every aspect of the product is exactly as described.
• Maintain a clean workspace and tools by cleaning as you go.
• Verify that the asset/process prevents the introduction of foreign bodies.
• All documentation is in order and conforms to the technical criteria for food safety, including adherence to hygiene and PPE policies. Participate actively in asset/line setup and switchovers.
• Collaborate with the team’s production control systems and key performance indicators to hit goals and stay within budget.
• Maintain an approachable demeanor towards coworkers at the agency, and assist with their education and professional growth.
• Get a handle on your material costs and waste, and report any issues with quality or quantity to your supervisor immediately.
• Find ways to increase output, effectiveness, and quality.
• Possess the capacity for open feedback exchange and constructive challenge.
• Use a teamwork mentality to get things done.
