Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Ensure that all boiler and plant equipment continues to function properly.
• Mechanical ventilation and water treatment facility.
• Taking part in mandatory health and safety courses as they become available.
• The establishment of an energy-saving policy and its constant evaluation.
• Stock up on consumables for use in routine upkeep and unexpected repairs as needed (stock items purchases) or as directed by the Head of Buildings (HoB).
• Maintain pressure vessel insurance plans in accordance with state regulations.
• Communicate with the HoB and local authorities before to implementing any localized work that requires planning permission, building control, or compliance with rules.
• Expect to get calls outside of normal business hours to deal with emergencies that may arise at any time.
• HoB Participate in departmental leadership meetings and training as needed.
• Participate in all needed statutory health and safety training and other training as directed.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Employment authorization document (ID) UK driver’s license NVQ Level 3 Plumbing Trade Specifications
• Possess a minimum of three years of experience
• the initiative to learn all there is to know about the Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974
  Repairing the Pool’s Equipment
• Understand the need of producing risk and method statements as well as point-of-work risk assessments, and actively promote/support their use.
• Verification of Health and Safety Training Completion.
• Ability to work well with others, seek for help when needed, and be helpful to those both inside and outside of one’s own area when carrying out instructions.
• Capacity to plan one’s own work, prioritize tasks, and complete them with little to no oversight.
• Make things happen by taking charge and collaborating effectively with others to achieve a common goal.
