The Flowrap Division of Firebird Factory is looking to hire a Machine Operative to work the morning shift (05:45 – 14:00) Monday through Friday.

Salary for Machine Operative job:

• GBP 15-25 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Keep all areas of production clean and in good working order.
• Perform routine maintenance and wear-and-tear repairs on machinery.
• To bring to light any problems with equipment or supplies
• Establishing solid connections
• Control of all vital locations in specified areas
• In the Line Leader’s absence, you must take charge.
• Problems must be reported immediately to the 1st Line Supervisor or Team Leader. Preventative
• upkeep of installed machinery in the allotted space
• Other duties as assigned by upper management
• Follow all H&S protocols established by the company.
• Comply with all Hygiene-related company policies and procedures

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Good communicator with experience in a similar function in a high-volume manufacturing setting
• Competence in finding solutions
