Our housekeepers/cleaners play a crucial role in keeping the spaces they are responsible for clean as part of the helpful Site Services and residential teams, and they do it in strict accordance with our infection control policies and procedures.

Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining a spotless building requires strict adherence to cleaning schedules for each day, week, and semester, as well as regular thorough cleanings.
• Cleaning of rooms, hallways, baths, toilets, kitchens, kitchenettes, windows, common areas, and staff quarters in a student housing facility.
• Taking care of spills and other dangers in a way that complies with health and safety regulations
• Maintaining full soap and hand sanitizer dispensers in accessible locations.
• Be familiar with COSSH regulations and how they pertain to the safe handling of drugs.
• Parking at Ullenwood is free and plentiful if you have a car, but if you don’t, it’s not a problem. At no cost to employees, National Star provides a minibus that travels between Cheltenham and Gloucester.
