As a grocery shopper delivery person for Iceland, you’ll interact directly with consumers, be the company’s public face, and provide outstanding service. Home delivery drivers need not only to be friendly and outgoing but also to be able to work well with others and contribute to a cohesive unit. We need a self-starter who can handle the rigors of being on the road every day while still putting the customer first and providing excellent service.

Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• A Home Delivery Driver’s responsibilities extend beyond making deliveries to customers’ homes. You must be willing to help out wherever it is needed, whether it’s at the register or in the stockroom, and you must work well with others to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
• In exchange, we compensate our Home Delivery Drivers generously and provide them with a variety of perks. We will back you up and teach you everything you need to know to do a fantastic job in your position.
• A valid driver’s license (held for at least 3 years with no more than 3 points) and a knack for connecting with customers from all walks of life are required for consideration as a Home Delivery Driver.
