Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Maintaining good hygiene practices requires constant use of the available hand washing facilities.
• Always keep an eye out for potential dangers that could endanger you or those around you.
• Maintaining a steady pace throughout the day can help you reach your daily product goals.
• Make sure there is minimal wastage by cutting accurately. The quality of the manufactured goods depends on the yield meeting or exceeding the requirements of the KPI.
• Make sure there are no extraneous objects in the product.
• Being a part of our ‘Cutting’ team means you’ll be dividing chicken into various cuts including wings, drumsticks, breasts, thighs, etc.
• dealing in our “Wholebird” section, where you will be essentially dealing with the whole chicken
• rather than pieces, and ensuring that all spices for rubs are accurately put to the product.
• Maintain a steady pace throughout the day in order to meet your daily product goals.
• Verify the quality and suitability of the finished goods.
• Equipment problems should be reported to guarantee production continuity.
