Sales in the UK poultry market account for more than half of the 2 Sisters’ total revenue. More than 8,500 individuals are employed by the division, all of whom work in refrigerated conditions to prepare poultry items for sale at major stores. The birds are brought in from adjacent farms and processed at one of our ten primary locations, while our cutting sites prepare the chickens for portioning, deboning, and filleting. Almost all of UK Poultry’s output is private label for large merchants. Since we are experts only in processing, we rely on professionals in disciplines like hatching, farming, animal husbandry, and transportation to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain.
