Factory Cleaners are needed permanently at our Willand, Devon location. The Factory Cleaners we employ are crucial cogs in the machine. The majority of your time will be spent contributing to team efforts aimed at: The ability to learn quickly is more important than prior experience working with chemicals and/or in a manufacturing setting. The UK Poultry market accounts for over 50% of 2 Sisters’ total revenue.

Over 8,500 employees are employed by the division to process chicken products in a cold environment for distribution to major retailers. The birds are brought in from adjacent farms and processed at one of our ten primary locations, while our cutting sites prepare the chickens for portioning, deboning, and filleting. Almost all of UK Poultry’s output is private label for large merchants. Our expertise lies in processing; therefore, we collaborate with specialists in areas such as hatching, farming, animal husbandry, and transportation to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Perform a thorough cleaning of the factory and its machinery; all necessary training and safety equipment will be provided.
• Keep up-to-date cleaning logs at all times.
• Adhere to all of the company’s rules and regulations.
• Possess a positive, “can-do” attitude and an eye for detail.
• Invest your energy into keeping our factory floors clean.
• I have no problem working in a facility that handles raw meat.
