The Port of Rosyth is looking to add an experienced Electrician to our busy engineering team.

Salary for Electrician job:

• GBP 10-15 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Forklifts, ship-to-shore cranes, industrial plants, and commercial vehicles are just some of the Port’s many machines and equipment that need regular maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Control circuits, lighting systems, fire alarms, and low-voltage (LV) electrical distribution systems installation and maintenance.
• As an Authorized Person, it will be your job to manage the HV distribution system.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the plant machinery and the related drawings in order to cut down on repair time.
• Notify the supervisors of any abuse or neglect, and coordinate repair schedules with the operational staff.
