The Corporate Complaints Team in the London Borough of Croydon is searching for an individual to assist the Councillors and Members of Parliament with their queries and concerns. Helping elected officials use the website and report any problems they encounter is part of the job. This position may also assist with pursuing delinquent or past-due inquiries if necessary. In addition, you’ll need to maintain solid communication with the Mayor’s office to fulfill your duties effectively. This position is important because it will help shape and implement programs to boost the city’s culture of learning and safeguard its finances and image.

Job responsibilities and duties:
