This position and contract are part of G4S’s Facilities Management division, whose mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals in the United Kingdom and Ireland through the provision of secure, comfortable, and productive workplaces. Park and Ride services from Taunton and Bridgwater, as well as those in Burnham on Sea, Minehead, Wilton, and Weston Super Mare, will transport passengers to the HPC building site for free. You’ll get a daily travel stipend, the amount of which will be determined by where the bus will pick you up. A wage of £12.11 per hour, which is rather competitive. Extra compensation based on the previous year’s success as a team.

Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• As a Cleaner, you’ll be tasked with adhering to a ‘Flow Cleaning’ methodology for service delivery and keeping the entire HPC site spotless. You need a history of working in a variety of cleaning roles.
• Please provide a cleaning service that meets all of the terms of our agreement.
• Manage supplies and place orders for regular items.
• Maintain equipment in a safe manner consistent with instruction and experience; Provide excellent service to the building’s occupants at all times;
• In charge of making sure all Health & Safety requirements are met during the contract.
• Whenever possible, this position will also aid in the advancement of zero-carbon initiatives at the municipal and corporate levels.
