Salary Welcome Center Operator job:

• QAR 20-30 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Accurately and politely handle all incoming and outgoing calls
• Maintain effective internal communications in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Handle visitor inquiries about room availability, pricing, and promotional discounts via phone, email, and internet channels.
• Be the primary point of contact for our guests, handling inquiries, answering questions, and aiding
• with reservation revisions and cancellations
• Rooms should be assigned according to guest needs, hotel capacity, and business requirements.
• Taking care of visitor concerns and resolving problems with reservations, billing, and room assignments
• Reliable alarm recording and management
• Assist guests with international calls and directory inquiries. Always use a guest’s name when addressing them.
• follows all established protocols in the event of an emergency, whether it be a fire, a bomb threat, or another major incident
• When a staff person is needed, page them.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• We recommend that you have worked in a similar capacity for at least one year in the hospitality business (5* Hotel or resort).
• Assistance to Clients with excellent English communication skills Fluency in other languages and a working knowledge of local Arabic are pluses
• Ability to work well with others, think creatively in a crisis, and maintain composure are all highly valued.
• Competence with computers and the Opera Operating System
• Friendly, upbeat, and focused on the needs of the customer
• Contributor to the group who always has a smile on their face and is ready to help out
