• QAR 15-25 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Exquisite skill in laying traditional mortar for stone walls.
• Excellent skill in building traditional wooden roofs and familiarity with all of the parts that go into a roof in the classic Qatari design.
• Create decorative moldings by casting them or carving them by hand.
• Plaster walls with decorative plasterwork using whatever plastering materials you like.
• Make sure the joints are sealed and the services are leveled off at the end.
• The ability to use power and hand tools for general plastering and masonry stonework must be maintained.
• Make shopping lists of all the plaster and stone that will needed.
• Plastering, traditional woodworking, and stonemasonry all have unique health and safety considerations that must be taken into account.
• Keep any necessary logs of completed tasks.

• Historic preservation methods, Expertise in working with various varieties of stone, as well as plaster, clay, and the traditional ceiling’s wood.
