Job Responsibilities and Overview:
- Adhere to the Four Seasons’ Code of Conduct and Work Rules.
- Cooperate with others in a mature and respectful manner.
- Candidates must be available to work morning, afternoon, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- You need to have managerial or supervisory experience in a similar field.
- Meet and direct arriving guests to a secure parking place at the resort.
- Gives visitors helpful advice and information about what to see and do in the city
- Keeps tabs on who’s coming and going from the property’s front desk
Qualification/ About the Applicant
- Notifies higher-ups of issues or suspicious behavior
- Differentiates us from the competition by providing customers and workers with outstanding
- service that is always memorable for the right reasons.
- Provides timely, polite assistance to customers at valet check-in.
- Places automobiles in predetermined lots using prescribed stacking methods to increase parking service throughput.
- Bring parked cars back to the valet area following all safety protocols, and bid guests farewell with a smile.
- Helps with luggage and provides advice
- Hospitality studies are highly recommended.
- Prior related job experience is required.
- License is a pre-requisite.
