Job Responsibilities and Overview:
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, friendliness, and initiative when serving guests, and lend assistance to coworkers.
- Run a large-scale dishwashing machine
- Take care that the kitchen is in good working order. The necessary dishes and silverware for employees and guests are present and clean.
- Prepare and clear the dishwasher by sorting and stacking dishes.
- Remove and catalog any broken or chipped items from circulation, then stack and store the cleaned items in a neat, secure location.
- Always keep the flooring dry and clean.
- Adhere to the service standards, regulations, and procedures of your department.
- Keep the workplace neat and safe for everyone.
- Various other responsibilities
Qualification/ About the Applicant
- Experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving ability
- Superior in duty and dependability
- Capacity to maintain composure and courtesy under intense time constraints and teamwork pressures while attending to the specific demands of each guest
