Power Production Technician job in Qatar. Are you looking for a position as a Power Production Technician job in Qatar? AMENTUM QATAR offers QAR 15-25 hourly for the Power Production Technician position. The Power Production Technician’s duties include preventative and corrective maintenance on generators, controls, ATSs, and other electrical power distribution infrastructure. Adjusts generating systems for optimal voltage, current frequency, and/or synchronization, in addition to doing routine periodic maintenance. Locates, documents, and fixes power generator problems by removing, repairing, or replacing faulty parts. The incumbent’s duties will include following blueprints and drawings while using a wide range of hand tools and testing equipment typical of an electrician’s trade. The ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings for the purpose of repairing related machinery. Competence in both vocal and written expression.

Qualification/ About the Applicant
- An equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
- Experience in electrical power production maintenance and repair, along with formal instruction on power producing equipment and associated equipment from places like a military technical training school, a vocational college, or a four-year apprentice program.
- At least four (4) years of experience working with the machinery the technician will be responsible for maintaining.
- The ability to keep top-secret clearance is required.
