With its rapid expansion, Ryman is now New Zealand’s largest operator of retirement communities. We manage 45 communities in New Zealand and Australia that we own. Currently, have 15 new villages being built and another 12 sites in our landbank. We have almost 6,800 people working with us. Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• Provide required guidance and direction to all guests and new tenants.
• Assist with the relocation of existing inhabitants
• Handling calls from residents and acting as a receptionist.
• Be on call 24/7 to respond to the emergency call buttons of our renters who live on their own.
• Doing first aid or contacting for help if necessary.
• Tasks in administration and general cleaning
• Help out with community events for guests, locals, and families
• Coworkers should be worked with and supported.
• Strong compassion and tolerance toward the older population
• A positive, adaptable demeanor and excellent communication abilities
  consistent, kind, and competent conduct
• Collaborative setting that is both enjoyable and supportive
