Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Expert Technical Assistance.
• Help create the budget.
• Help with Project Strategy and Management.
• Maintain the MIA Park area by coordinating the efforts of those responsible. Taking care of things like the MEP systems, the park’s fountains and water features, the park’s kiosks and bathrooms, and the playground equipment for the kids.
• Keep an eye on the work being done by contractors and keep everything running well with regards to Property and Park Equipment Maintenance.
• Assist with the management and operation of all events, activities, programs, and contracts at MIA Park.
• Coordinating a site visit for all MIA Park vendors, service providers, and event organizers.
• New projects, MWR, and contractor bills all need to be coordinated and followed up on with the
• FM- Planning team.
• Help coordinate secure access for deliveries to the MIA Park area, including those made by park contractors, Park food trucks, and event organizers.
• Keep an eye on and help out with any outside monitoring efforts being made in MIA Park.
• Organizing events in MIA Park in tandem with the QM-Event Team.
  Managing the park’s food trucks and activities in tandem with QM- IN-Q.
• Maintain the best possible cleaning standards by working closely with the cleaning contractor.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Expertise in landscaping, operations, and maintenance, both theoretically and practically, and hands-on experience in these areas.
• Excellent capacity for analyzing and fixing equipment-related issues.
• Having a knack for computers.
• No less than a high school diploma is required and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Park maintenance experience of zero to three years’ duration. Or any combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent and would offer the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Maintain the best possible cleaning standards by working closely with the cleaning contractor.
• Maintain a system for collecting and reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the activities of all park contractors.
• Assist the MIA Park contractor’s service provider in upholding their end of the maintenance contract and maintaining the Park’s area and operating system.
• Helps find problems, makes recommendations, and puts safeguards into action to keep parks’ resources safe.
• React to critical situations at all hours.
• Learn the ins and outs of various systems like fire and life safety gear, machinery, and more.
• Work will primarily take place in the outdoors.
• Light job tasks demand only a moderate amount of physical exertion.
• Uses equipment for park patrol and upkeep of playing fields.
