• QAR 15-25 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• He or she ensures that the Front Desk operates efficiently and effectively.
• Hospitality to guests is a top priority, and as such, the attitude of the relevant staff must be nurtured and improved.
• There is tight coordination between the Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and GRO departments.
• To ensure that all areas within his or her purview continue to provide excellent service and uphold our high standards for quality and infrastructure.
• Assisting the manager in the supervision and implementation of the Hotel’s internal rules and regulations and the Operational Standards.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Experience working in high-end hotels is a plus.
• After graduating, you should have spent at least a year working at a hotel.
• Competence in the Hospitality Industry
• BONUS – Degree in Secretarial Science or Business Administration
• Exceptionally well-groomed and polished
• Possessing a strong command of the English language (orally, in writing, and in reading)
  competent in the use of electronic (computer) hotel reservation systems
• Positive and outgoing character
• Possessing an excellent grasp of cultural diversity
  eager to learn – participate in the Company’s training programs Essentially, in addition to the aforementioned, the Employee may be asked to take on responsibilities that fall outside the normal scope of his or her position.
