Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• We have multiple open positions for experienced leaders to join our Hastings-based operations team on a permanent basis.
• Prior work history within the same or a related field
• Thinning, picking, tractor driving, and spraying are all essential parts of running an orchard, and you should have some experience with these.
• Positivity and a hunger for knowledge are essential.
