Salary Food and Beverage EAM job:

  • QAR 20-30 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

  • Coordinates with the General Manager, Hotel Manager – F&B, and Executive Chef to establish and express the department’s overall strategic direction.
  • The functioning of the numerous food and beverage establishments is described and responsibilities and authority are assigned.
  • Maintains and expands the F&B division’s financial success, production, and efficiency.
  • Manages the Food and Beverage division’s annual budget by setting revenue targets, tracking spending, and suggesting course corrections as needed.
  • Examines and interprets a variety of financial data and reports to track the overall performance of the Food and Beverage department and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Keeps an eye on market circumstances and trends, both domestic and foreign, that have an effect on product selection, sales, and bottom line.
  • Manages stock levels and performs calculations for monthly reporting and accounting.
  • Find ways to reduce spending on food and other areas with the help of the Executive Chef.
    Works closely with the Finance Department on policies, procedures, compliance, and the monthly inventory processes.
  • Maintains the highest standards of service at all Food and Beverage Outlets.
  • Performs daily rounds of all service and storage locations in the food and beverage department.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and swiftly implements fixes.
  • Maintains uniformity in beverage quality, flavor, presentation, and temperature across all F&B outlets.
  • Guarantees the highest levels of originality and uniformity in all food and drink displays.
  • Ensures that employees adhere to hygiene (HACCP or Food Safety) / fire/emergency procedures policies and procedures.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

  • Experience working in the Middle East is a plus. familiar and at ease in the spotlight.
  • Excellent proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Competence in both spoken and written English, as well as a second language.
  • Participation in bookings and familiarity with Revenue Management processes are preferred.
  • Thrives in big-scale operations and high-volume operations.
  • Participates positively in a diverse team setting.
  • Expertise in the pre-launch phase is a plus.
