Job Responsibilities and Overview:
- Follow the yield instructions and recipes to a tee when preparing the meal.
- Prepare dishes in accordance with written recipes, established quality and presentation benchmarks, and a comprehensive checklist.
- Prepare the dishes associated with that station and ensure adequate supplies of the corresponding menu items are kept at the station.
Qualification/ About the Applicant
- Imaginative, with a strong focus on cuisine and service
Capable of working under intense pressure; has excellent interpersonal and communication skills; working well in a team setting
