Job Responsibilities

• Make sure that the handling standards are met on a shift basis;
• Ensure that passenger and aircraft handling practices adhere to safety and security standards;
• Controlling shift personnel to maximize utilization and maintain staff morale and discipline.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification from an accredited college or university with at least four years of relevant supervisory experience in well-known ground handling operations or airlines.
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
• Knowledge of the regulations about dangerous goods, ramp handling, and weight and balance.
