Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• Assist with stock movements and ensure timely completion of receiving, storage, delivery, and documentation processes.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service by attending to their needs quickly, whether they’re picking up an order from the Warehouse or calling in.
• Help move inventory, which may involve operating a shuttle truck. Help customers load their
• purchases into their vehicles after they have been unloaded from the truck.
• Avoid injury by following safe lifting, operating, and working at height procedures.
• Always keep health and safety in mind and do what is necessary to meet Health and Safety regulations.
• Be accessible for the length of the stocktake if asked, and help get everything ready for it.
• ability to physically aid in lifting and carrying.
• Ability to communicate well and use computers effectively.
• Ability to follow directions and perform manual tasks safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Prior work in either customer service or a warehousing setting is a plus.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is required.
