Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• Pay salaries with pay increases every year.
• Work hours are 8 am-4 pm Monday through Friday, with some flexibility.
• Normal procedures in our warehouse’s production department
• Extraction of natural spices and tea for commercial use, as well as order fulfillment via the Internet.
• Verification of incoming and outgoing cargo for quality control
• Keep the factory and storage areas tidy and well-organized.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment is essential.
• You need to be an Australian resident (the job is in Backmede, New South Wales).
• It is crucial to have an eye for quality and pay close attention to detail.
• It is imperative that you are highly driven and productive, able to exceed hourly quotas without sacrificing product quality.
• Be on time and able to get yourself to and from work every day
• able to take direction and implement quality assurance and safety measures
