We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join the Auxly Cannabis Inc. team in Leamington. The ideal candidate will take part in every step of the ordering, shipping, and receiving processes.

Job Responsibilities and Overview:
- Create accurate shipping documents and pick tickets based on input from different sources.
- Take in all mail and packages and pass them along to the appropriate people. Incoming products are to be received, checked, and reported on.
- Instruct Material Handlers on how to proceed with shipments and moves, and relay any special instructions from customers.
- Maintain open lines of communication with Quality on incoming QA inspection needs.
- Maintain current shipping and delivery data entry.
- Carry out monetary dealings using the necessary software and/or paper.
- Maintain accurate Chain of Custody records for all deliveries and keep customers informed of any changes.
- Investigate and attempt to resolve recurrent problems with shipments and customers.
- Maintain a constant flow of priority-based communication between the production, transportation, and inventory teams.
- Comply with all internal QMS and Health & Safety policies.
- Drive a forklift to aid other workers in moving materials around the warehouse.
- Various other duties in a similar vein.

Superb control of one’s time. - Possess excellent communication abilities and the capacity to forge productive partnerships within a group setting.
- Superior planning and time-management abilities to guarantee inventory counts are accurate.
Microsoft Office experience. - Experience in shipping and receiving is preferred.
