The Warehouse Associate contributes to the expansion of the company by carrying out a variety of tasks in the warehouse, including those related to customer service, inventory management, order processing (including picking, packing, staging, and shipping), and general maintenance and housekeeping.

Salary for Warehouse Associate job:

• CAD 20-30 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• In charge of the warehouse’s stock, you’ll need to follow auditable criteria to pick, pack, ship, receive, and/or put away orders on time and accurately.
• Acquire the knowledge to use a wide variety of software and hardware in order to carry out warehouse duties
• Help the store with order taking and customer service.
• Verify goods against paperwork as you load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Maintain up with and follow all Grainger Courses and Training requirements Do any necessary
• cleaning to keep the branch looking clean and up to Grainger’s standards
• Additional customer service and support for the branch is also necessary.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and no more than two years of professional experience
• Ability to stand and move around constantly for an entire shift.
• Regularly be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Proven dedication to providing superior support for existing clients
• Participant who is also self-reliant and possesses excellent communication skills
• The potential to study and handle high-powered industrial machinery safely
• Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Able to use computers effectively and proficiently
• Developing oneself
