Job Responsibilities

• To prepare and oversee the development of business valuation models and reports,
• Analyze economic and transactional data, analyze fraudulent transactions, and reconstruct financial statements in addition to providing in-depth analyses of financial and legal documents.

Eligibility Criteria

• A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or another related field
• Experience writing in-depth valuation reports and a background in public accounting or internal auditing are both desirable, as is a CPA license or working toward credentials related to valuation (CVA, ABV).
