Ventia is looking to hire people with the following skills and backgrounds right now: Staff members in charge of cleaning the camp’s sleeping quarters and other public spaces are known as “accommodation and village cleaners,” and it is their job to ensure that the camp always looks its best. Workers in this role are accountable for sprucing up the mine’s administrative buildings, crib rooms, toilet and bathhouses, washrooms, field equipment, mobile equipment, and other areas as needed.

Facilities maintenance, land management, domestic services, administration, security, well-being, and catering are just some of the village management services that will be provided by the Ventia Village services team.

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Must have the capacity to work and thrive in one of WA’s most remote places Previous experience working in a distant location in a commercial, mine, or industrial cleaning environment is required.
• Active and in good physical shape, with experience in adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
• Ability to work well with others and articulate ideas clearly Enthusiasm for and dedication to providing superior customer service
• Document your eligibility to work and reside in Australia.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (Class C preferred) and a first aid certification.
