Job Responsibilities and Overview:
- Respond to each call from a guest with courtesy and competence.
- Consistent documented training should lead to a Quality Audit score of 95% or higher.
- Get the highest possible score on the TRUST YOU Guest Satisfaction metric.
- Verify Hotel status, occupancy, events, groups, and VIPs.
- Exhibit the utmost level of teamwork and respect for colleagues in different divisions.
- Put your people skills to use by leading, influencing, and motivating your team to make good
- financial and business decisions, and always act with integrity and honesty.
- Facilitates open communication, trust, and respect among team members.
- Resolve guest concerns/requests and coordinate immediate follow-up with relevant departments.
- Keep in touch with all relevant departments to provide seamless service.
- Respond to all inquiries with courtesy and enthusiasm, and go above and above for your customers.
- Comply with Rixos’s standards and always address guests by name when they call.
Qualification/ About the Applicant
- A high school diploma.
- Superb organizational abilities and the ability to think creatively about problems
- able to handle the stresses of a high-volume setting
