Kelly Group is always on the lookout for talented new employees, and this is a particularly exciting time for a qualified Stores Person to join our growing team on the Gigaclear contract. If you’re qualified, you’ll split your time between our Nuneaton and Leeds distribution centers.

Salary for Stores Person job:

• GBP 10-20 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Making purchase requests and tracking inventory receipts and deliveries with in-house developed software. Perform thorough and appropriate stock checks to determine whether to reorder supplies.
• Using forklifts as needed, accept deliveries of merchandise at retail locations.
• Stock shelves with goods after receiving shipments.
• Using specified IT equipment, distribute materials for collection by Kelly Group personnel and for issuing to jobs.
• Verifying the availability of stock.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Capable of operating internal computer systems.
• Any other tasks as needed.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position, preferably with a focus on store work, driving, and yard duties.
• familiarity with Health and Safety Regulations best practices.
• Full privileges to drive in the UK.
• Able to work with computers and have experience with stock markets.
• Ability to operate independently and a methodical, organized approach to work.
• Possessing a valid license to operate a forklift is a plus.
