Salary for Storekeeper job:

• CAD 15-25 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Taking in food and drink supplies for the kitchen
• Making sure that all incoming orders are correct and of high quality. Confirms receipt of all goods by signing and dating invoices. reconciles bills with real purchases and receipts.
• Follows up on delivery issues, log anomalies, and shipping discrepancies with vendors.
• Controls inventory using past trends and current needs.
• Keeps track of inventory levels and trends, and generates reports on stale goods.
• Creates weekly reports on food waste and product damage.
• Determines the true cost of issued purchase orders
• Delivers items between departments and takes on additional responsibilities as needed
• Maintains productive relationships with the various operational divisions
• Enforces adherence to all applicable licensing, health, and safety statutes

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Preferably a High School Degree
• An Advanced Degree is Preferable
• Prior experience working in a food and beverage establishment is preferred.
• Possessing familiarity with electrical pallet jacks and other forms of loading machinery is a plus.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds, work in a noisy environment, stand and walk for lengthy periods of time, carry, push, pull, bend, and stretch.
