Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Complete daily marketing calls and client connection goals successfully (including cold and warm calls).
• Offer friendly, accurate, and prompt customer service.
• Charges of administration.
• Answering billing-related inquiries.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in sales (as a retail sales associate, inside sales representative, or telemarketer) is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Candidates must be proactive in problem-solving.
