It started out as a small coffee shop in Melbourne, but now it’s one of Australia’s largest chains. In addition to its namesake product, Grinders currently also distributes Giancarlo Coffee and Taboo Hot Chocolate. You will be expected to oversee the production operators on all of the most important packing lines and to do what you can to ensure that the production schedule is met. You will oversee the production operators, giving them direction and guiding them through the completion of activities to maximize value and productivity while meeting all safety, health, and quality benchmarks.

Job responsibilities and duties:
As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:
- Capacity to set priorities and convey needs to the team in a timely manner
- Oversee repackaging and new product releases.
- Cleaning, inspecting, lubricating, and tightening are all part of routine equipment maintenance.
- Direct the workers on the C1 and C4 (Whole Bean) and C3 (Ground Coffee) packing lines.
- Instruct the factory workers precisely.
- Engage in self-improvement and never stop learning
- Participation in ongoing processes of innovation and improvement
- Involve workers in fixing issues and making improvements.
- Create a solid foundation of trust among all departments and vendors.
