In our Blow flex team in Hobart, TAS, we have an excellent permanent full-time position available for Day shifts (3/5 a.m. start).
All of the more than 50 milk, milk-based, and cream products we produce at our Lenah Valley facility in Hobart begin life as fresh milk from local Tasmanian dairies. Currently, the site employs roughly 50 people and generates around 33 million liters of product annually.
The Process employee’s responsibility is to examine and pack all finished goods in line with established protocols, quality standards, and client requirements.

Job Responsibilities and Overview:
- Working with and troubleshooting fundamental machinery.
- Performing final quality checks on manufactured items
- Completing downtime sheets and other production data recording/reporting
- Maintaining a spotless production environment
- maintaining the company’s quality and safety standards
- Prior work experience in a food processing plant is a plus.
- Positivity, thoroughness, and a desire to learn
- Independence-seeking and capable of working alone
- Competence in Solving Problems
- Multitasking abilities Previous hydraulics experience is preferred but not essential.
