To be successful in this position, you will need to have experience and knowledge working with small machinery and hand tools, communication equipment including two-way radios, and the ability to complete tasks such as, but not limited to, reconstructing road pavement, excavating open trenches, laying pipe, and general labor.

Job Responsibilities and Overview:
- Worked extensively with Road Rollers (over 8 tons) in rural regions while holding a “C” Class License from UD. Endorsed
- Proven abilities in paying close attention to detail, being organized, and solving problems
- Cooperation and independence skills Prioritizing safety in the workplace
- Pneumatic tire-driven road roller (above 8 tonnes) experience and an “LR” Class license or higher are desirable qualifications.
- Positivity and the ability to work both independently and in a variety of teams are essential.
- Attention to safety and the ability to spot potential dangers on the job.
