• AUD 20-30 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Adhere to SOPs when operating and maintaining machinery and equipment.
• Make sure everything is running smoothly and safely by taking all the required steps.
• Keep an eye on things and make sure everything is running well so you can hit your quality and output goals.
• Inspect machinery on a regular basis to spot problems and report them for quick fixing.
• To make concrete items to order, one must carefully measure and combine raw materials as instructed in the batch instructions.
• Work together and communicate well to keep things moving forward and get things done on time.
• Maintain a risk-free workplace by following all applicable laws and corporate guidelines.
• Uphold a spotless housekeeping record and sanitary working conditions at all times.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Experience working as an Operator in a related field is a plus.
• Working familiarity with concrete batching plants, mixers, loaders, and forklifts is a plus.
• Capable of quickly diagnosing and fixing mechanical problems with machinery.
• Capacity to work well with others and take direction.
• Familiarity with basic safety procedures and a dedication to always doing so.
• Ability to move around and lift things if necessary; physical fitness.
• Possessing strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multitask well are essential.
