Job Responsibilities and Overview:
- Preparing the production line for the start of processing by hanging live birds.
- Carrying out evisceration tasks, such as extracting the birds’ organs,
- checking birds for anomalies and eliminating them if they don’t pass quality control
- Keeping the workplace clean and risk-free in accordance with established guidelines
- Work well under pressure and with physical demands.
- Possess a dependable means of transportation
- Availability any day of the week
