- Make that all of the ovens, grills, fryers, refrigerators, and other appliances in the kitchen are in good operating order and up to code by doing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
- Work with the kitchen staff to quickly diagnose and fix any problems with the equipment, reducing disruptions to service and making sure everything runs smoothly even at peak times.
- Help with the new kitchen equipment installation, setup, and calibration to guarantee a smooth addition to the current kitchen infrastructure and optimal performance.
Qualification/ About the Applicant
- Having worked as a Kitchen Technician in the past
- Expertise in analyzing malfunctions and determining causes in kitchen machinery.
- Capacity to work with less guidance and more autonomy
- trained in safety procedures
