About this position

  • You will have the chance to work with a variety of technologies and systems as an IT Help Desk Support Analyst, allowing you to hone your technical abilities while also displaying your ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and enjoy the challenge of finding solutions to problems.

Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

  • Providing help desk services for a workplace with 150 or more users
  • Providing data when asked, listening attentively, and explaining things clearly to users.
  • Providing assistance for a wide range of mobile devices, desktop computers, and business software (such as Microsoft Office 365, printers, copiers, and mobile phone networks).
  • Providing diverse Level 1 support for a wide range of technologies.
  • Collaboration with a project team to implement fixes.
  • If an event requires attention at a higher technical level, it will be escalated.
  • Giving reports and updates as often as needed.
  • doing whatever the Manager of Technology and Operations needs to do.
  • Keeping a record of IT production issues in the past.


  • A degree or certificate in IT or a closely related field.
  • Skills in both problem-solving and communication are exemplary.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service and end-user support principles
  • Solid familiarity with Windows 10 and Office 365.
  • Knowledgeable in the most common protocols used in networks
  • Familiarity with many types of technical infrastructure, such as desktops, laptops, LAN/WAN networking, Active Directory, and antivirus/security software.
