Salary for Hotel Banquet Houseperson job:

• USD 15-25 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Set up and breakdown of all event spaces must be done correctly, completely, and on time.
• In charge of the upkeep of any and all event venues
• In charge of maintaining a spotless state in the kitchen and other back-of-house areas.
• Serve both internal and external customers exceptionally well at all times.
• Adhere to the Resort Etiquette Standards when interacting with visitors, and provide prompt, polite service to everyone.
• Adhere to all safety policies and follow all approved health and safety procedures when utilizing cleaning chemicals.
• Compliance with all corporate policies and procedures and any regulatory requirements Event support for the banquet department
• Various other responsibilities

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• The ability to function competently in a typical banquet setting is preferred.
• Room layout diagrams must be grasped, and completed quickly.
• Familiarity with typical banquet room layouts is necessary.
• Needed math skills include fundamental measuring of equipment and space, as well as an understanding of how to maximize
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is necessary.
• Service Excellence at Steamboat Ski & Resort Corp requires employees to interact and maintain
• great relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.
