Food Stores Attendant job in Canada. Are you looking for a position as a Food Stores Attendant job in Canada? FAIRMONT BANFF SPRINGS offers CAD 15-25 hourly for the Food Stores Attendant position. Come work with us at the Fairmont Banff Springs. Food Stores is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Hotel’s Food and Liquor Stores, with a focus on maximizing staff satisfaction and meeting all Hotel requirements. The majority of the time spent by attendants will be in the supply and beverage areas.

Salary for Food Stores Attendant job:

• CAD 15-25 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Maintains a high standard of professionalism, interest, and friendliness.
• Take care to unload everything at the right place.
• Keeping a tight FIFO (first in, first out) inventory rotation
• Keep an ever-present stock of everything you sell.
• Accurately fulfill any requests made by retail outlets.
• Participate in stocktaking in all aspects
• Help the Receiving division locate and transport necessary documentation to appropriate divisions.
• Make sure everything is in working order and up to code.
• Product Substitution Capability
• Keep the Food Stores area clean and sanitary at all times.
• Observe and comply with all applicable Health & Safety regulations
• Other responsibilities as needed

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Familiarity with food and drink products
• Prior experience working in a warehouse is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Birch Street Inventory Management System
• Must be a team player and have strong organizational abilities. Ability to operate well under
• pressure and in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Obtaining one’s GED
