Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

  • Offer telephone support for the provided service.
  • Repair the crane when it breaks down in the field.
  • Report any malfunctioning parts.
  • If a distributor or a client is unable to resolve a problem under warranty, you are responsible for doing so.
  • Communicate with staff in MCG about service supplies, product needs, product availability, and code compliance.
  • Coordinates and plans the steps needed to investigate and fix technical issues reported by customers, with an eye toward preventing such issues in the future.
  • improving design, production, service, and maintenance.
  • Carry out any additional tasks that may arise.

Requirement:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical engineering is required, with an equivalent level of experience in the trades also being considered. And strong enough to move bulky machinery.
  • Experience providing technical service and support is required, ideally in the crane or heavy equipment sector, and candidates should have at least three to five years of relevant work experience.
  • Capability to interpret and utilize hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams.
  • Ability to critically evaluate technical problem reports, research findings, system/process output, etc.
