Wylarah is 450 kilometers west of Brisbane, Queensland, and serves as a breeding and backgrounding farm for AACo’s Full Blood Wagyu herd. The closest service town is located 15 kilometers away in Surat. Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• Take a methodical approach to your task, according to timetables and gather necessary supplies and tools before you get started.
• Fix things as they go wrong, do regular plant checks and maintenance, etc.
• Maintain equipment and perform pre-operational starts as needed.
• Gas and MIG welding
• Initiate and maintain irrigation systems
• Carrier out workshop actions and keep workshop areas clean
• Get ready and use chemicals while keeping track of all your applications.
• Valid driver’s license (including, if relevant, a heavy vehicle endorsement).
• Proven skill in all activities typical of a farm hand
• License to operate a plant or a tractor
• Agricultural Chemistry Degree
• Capability to operate autonomously and collaboratively Ability to perform well under time constraints and pressure
• Able to express oneself both in writing and in person
