The EVS Attendant, who reports to the EVS Supervisor, is in charge of maintaining the cleanliness of the casino’s public spaces, both inside and out.

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Supplies for Room Attendants are restocked as needed, including drinking glasses, bedding, washroom amenities, and more.
• Installs new curtains and carpet, and rolls out existing pieces.
• Cleans the floors of public areas, elevators, and guest rooms.
• Cleans the woodwork, walls, ceiling, windows, doors, and sills in the guest hallway.
• Provide room service to hotel guests.
• Clears trash from Room Attendants’ carts and cans.
• Prepares repair requests by filling out the appropriate forms.
• Changes out burnt-out bulbs in guest rooms, common areas, and corridors.
• Moves soiled and clean linens from the rooms of hotel guests to the laundry.
• Empty out linen closets and restock shelves.
• Carry laundry trolleys to and from the loading zone.
• Participates in team efforts and helps to produce the desired outcomes.
• Adheres to BOE specifications and follows the lead of the F&B supervisor/manager when preparing for a banquet.
• The person in charge of the banquet’s table and chair setup, linens, centerpieces, and equipment transport.
• Keeps the front of the home and the kitchen in immaculate condition for banquets.
• Responsible for keeping the casino in pristine condition by vacuuming carpets, emptying trash, wiping down trash cans, dusting all surfaces, and washing window glass.
• Takes care of the foyer, the trash cans, and the entry road and parking lot.
• Takes care of the outdoor trash cans and recycling bins by the pool.
• Takes on any and all additional responsibilities that fit the bill.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Prefers a background in customer service or hospitality.
• Pre-employment drug testing and possession of a valid gaming license issued by the Osage Nation are prerequisites for job consideration.
• Submission of proof of legal right to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• All positions at Osage Casinos will give priority to Osages, Native Americans, and Veterans.
