The base salary for this position is $53,790 per year, with a shift penalty of up to 15% (and maybe more, depending on your shift time), plus 12% Superannuation. We’re here for the long haul, and we invest in you by living up to our core principles of trust, inclusivity, empowerment, and safety.

Job responsibilities and duties:
As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:
- Beginning the day by helping your colleagues sort mail and packages at the facility
- Conducting a personal daily vehicle safety inspection
- Putting the day’s deliveries into your vehicle.
- Making deliveries to homes and businesses while braving the elements
- You’ll be paired with a Rider Mentor who has experience and is dedicated to helping you grow professionally.
- You have either a full or provisional motorbike license in Australia.
- You will be able to pass our required and practical riding test.
- You are willing to put in extra time if necessary.
- You can consistently lift up to 16 kg of Mail & Parcels because to your superb memory, keen attention to detail, and physical strength.
- You must weigh no more than 120kg to be within our safe working load limit.
