Job Responsibilities and Overview:

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• The minimum age to participate is 18.
• Working knowledge of restaurants is a plus.
• Pre-employment drug testing and possession of a valid gaming licence issued by the Osage Nation are prerequisites for job consideration.

Physical Responsibilities

Department operations

• Functions as dishwasher operator, handling loading, operation, and unloading.
• Put away all the clean cutlery and dishes in the kitchen.
• Maintains sanitary conditions in designated kitchens and production areas.
• Makes good use of cleaning products and has a sufficient supply on hand.
• Immediately notify us of any operational or mechanical issues.
• Manages the receipt and storage of incoming food and drink delivery.
• Performs table service and takes care with the dishes and cutlery to avoid damage or loss.
• Waste is separated from recyclables and placed in separate bags before being taken to the dumpster at predetermined times and locations.
• Performs general housekeeping duties such as mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Gets rid of leftover food and grease from pans in an orderly fashion.
• Assist kitchen staff with stocking shelves and unloading deliveries.
• Safe operations that adhere to all applicable state, provincial, and federal guidelines.
• Participates in team efforts and achieves relevant results as needed.
• Takes on additional responsibilities as needed.
