We are seeking an accomplished Customer Care Executive to join our high-performing team on a permanent and full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. You will be responsible for delivering administrative support that is customer-centric and will report to the Leader of the Customer Service Team. This support will assist in maintaining and expanding the National Accounts portfolio. In addition to this, this entails supplying first-rate customer service and great coordination for all of our clients, both internal and external.

A minimum of two years of experience working in a function that is closely related to providing customer service or company administration is required. managing the ticket system from the beginning of a request all the way through to its conclusion, which includes receiving, responding to, and entering all client requests into the relevant systems.

Job responsibilities and duties:

  • Monthly invoicing of customers, including preparation, processing, and submission of invoices

  • Working directly with different regional and internal teams to guarantee that all service requests are fulfilled as quickly as possible and that billing is done in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Through the use of an internal tracking system, monitoring and following up on any service requests that are past due
